Our team started the year off at the Impression Expo in Long Beach and what a time we had. We enjoyed being surrounded by the fun and enthusiastic crowds of people and connecting with both new and familiar faces. Strengthening existing connections and building new ones were highlights of the show for us.
Getting the opportunity to exchange stories, express our gratitude, and listen to feedback was no doubt inspiring and is motivating us to have a breakout year. We look forward to these new partnerships and expanding our stable of decorators.

What Makes a Sturdy yet Easy-to-Use Manual Press and What Should I Look for When Purchasing?
Assessing the durability of a press hinges on its construction. A sturdy manual press should be designed to withstand repeated use without breaking or malfunctioning. Here are some factors to consider.
1. Build Quality: Look for presses made from durable materials such as structural steel tubing and high-quality aluminum.
2. Stability: A sturdy base is essential to prevent wobbling and deflection during use. A thick center shaft is paramount as that axle is what everything is turning on. Our Mach and Odyssey models have a 2.5-inch center shaft.
3. Structural Support: Consider the amount of pressure that may be used when printing. Your press needs to be able to handle a considerable amount of force without bending or buckling. You will want a press with some kind of support under the print arms, like the steel carriage on our Odyssey and steel tubing on our Mach machines, to prevent deflection.
4. Ease of Operation: Look for a press with smooth and efficient operation. Print head components that are light yet sturdy (aluminum castings found on the Mach) with adjustable tool-free (Odyssey and Mach) settings for micro-registration, off contact and tilt.
5. Compatibility with Accessories: You want to ensure your press can use and support different attachments and accessories. This can include different size pallets, screens, and specialty application products.
