JOHN BERGMANN, OWNER
John Bergmann is the second-generation owner of Bergmann Group, the holding company for three business units. John started working within his family’s businesses in 2001 when he returned from the San Francisco Bay area where he was working for several high-tech companies. Since his return, he worked with his father for 7 years before becoming the president in 2008, which allowed continuity of superior service from one generation to the next. In the years following, John has focused on product development, market growth, and manufacturing efficiencies.
KEVIN MRACEK, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Kevin Mracek is the Executive Vice President of Bergmann Group (parent company of Workhorse Products), and came onboard in January 2022. He works closely with each business unit to develop and implement strategies that focus on growth, innovation, and providing the best possible customer experience. Business development, marketing, operations, quality, and product development are areas where Kevin uses his knowledge and expertise to drive our business and commitment to innovation forward. In engineering, Kevin holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to joining Bergmann Group, he worked for over 2 decades in both international middle-market and Fortune 500 companies.
TYLER DUMMETT, PRESIDENT
Tyler Dummett is the President of Workhorse Products (a division of Bergmann Group). Working primarily as the Business and Sales Team Leader, he focuses on growth strategies, brand management, and sales performance with responsibilities over both domestic and international markets. Tyler has been with the company since 2009. Prior to joining us, he worked as a high school educator and coach which gave him his first experiences with the screen printing industry and led him to Workhorse Products!
KARI STUART, SALES
Kari Stuart, a Regional Sales Manager for Workhorse Products, spends her time out in the field, helping screen printing professionals that are existing customers or are in the market for our products. Since late 2018 when she joined the company, she has been developing and maintaining relationships – one of the things we value most. Kari not only managed a screen printing facility for 4 years, but she also owned her own business in the industry for 12 years and used our equipment. She was also a Regional Sales Manager for a screen printing supply company for 2 years.
BRIAN STUART, SALES
Brian Stuart has been with Workhorse Products since early 2017. He is a Regional Sales Manager, and helps those in search of screen printing machines to find the best options for their needs. Before joining us, he owned his own screen printing business for 12 years and used our products. He also was an Outside Sales Representative for a major apparel company, which gives him unique insight and familiarity with some of the most popular items produced by those in the screen printing industry.
VANESSA LIGHTY, CUSTOMER SERVICE
Vanessa Lighty is known around Workhorse Products as a ‘Customer Service Connoisseur’, a moniker earned from previous employers and coworkers alike because of her dedication and detail-oriented nature. She began working at our company in the spring of 2022 as a Customer Service Representative. Our customers, prospects, and employees all appreciate how she thrives effortlessly under pressure, as well as her devotion to providing high-quality, long-lasting relationships within the screen printing industry. Drawing on her previous experience of managing an entire team of customer service representatives, she makes everyone she comes in contact with feel a part of our ever-growing family.
PHIL RITZ, SERVICE MANAGER
Phil Ritz started at Workhorse Products in 2005, and he has been our Service Manager ever since. A few of his most important tasks are to troubleshoot our machines and processes and to be in charge of our production and restoration schedule. Phil has a long history in the industry, having started in 1993 at Tuf Products out of Houston where he worked on all aspects of manufacturing (including management, design, and assembly).
DAN AXELSEN, TECH SUPPORT
Dan Axelsen has been with Workhorse Products for over 3 decades, and in his tenure, served in a variety of departments including sales, management, administration, and engineering positions. Currently, he is working in the service and engineering divisions as a Service Engineer, putting his many years of screen printing experience, mechanical abilities, and vast product knowledge to use to make sure we deliver the absolute best products we can to our customers.
CHRIS CALI, TECH SUPPORT
Chris Cali joined the company in 2017 and is currently a Service Technician, Print Technician, And Customer Service Specialist at Workhorse Products. He also assists in testing new and existing equipment. His career in the printing industry and machine repair has spanned over 3 decades. Chris has had extensive training in various types of printing – from textiles and t-shirts to large format signs, from flat stock to bottle printing.
KODY PFOST, SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Kody Pfost is a Workhorse Products Service Technician who became a member of our team in 2015. Before coming to our company, he already had 10 years of experience in manufacturing and technical support. Kody provides superior support by helping customers work through any technical issues or questions that come up regarding our screen printing equipment.
